Our Products
Do you offer warranties on your products?
Yes, all of our products come with a 2-year Archie Haus warranty. We cover defects material or workmanship for 2-years from the date of purchase.
Warranty does not cover any form of accidental damage, wear and tear, engraving, water damage, damage to the strap, loss of stones or the plating/colour. If you need to make a warranty claim, please get in touch with us and we will assist you.
Warranty repairs will take 5-28 days depending on the fault.
Do you sell second-hand or fake/replica products?
No, we do not. We only sell brand new 100% authentic products. We source our products directly from reputable suppliers.
Do your products come in a branded box?
Yes. Our products are delivered in the official boxes from the manufacturer.
Do your watches include batteries?
Yes.
Why are your prices so low?
Our products are sourced from our trusted and reputable suppliers, with whom we have built strong business relationships. Due to this, we are able to offer out products at an affordable cost to you.
What if my watch stops working?

Can I get my items serviced or repaired through your store?
We do not offer in-house servicing or repairs.
What if my watch doesn’t fit my wrist?
All of our watches come with complete bracelet links. Occasionally, this will mean that the watch will be too loose for your wrist. You can purchase a bracelet resizing tool from our shop! Using this tool, you will be able to remove the links from the comfort of your own home.
How water resistant is my watch?
The water resistance of your watch is listed within the watch description in the product section.
30m/3ATM/3 bar – Wearable while water is being splashed but not under any pressure.
50m/5ATM/5 bar - Wearable around sinks, during swimming*, athletic sports and in shallow waters, but not while snorkelling or scuba diving.
100m/10ATM/10 bar - Wearable around sinks, during swimming, poolside diving and snorkelling, but not while jet-skiing or scuba diving.
200m/20ATM/20 bar - Wearable around sinks, during swimming, poolside diving, snorkelling and jet skiing, but not while scuba diving.
300m/30ATM/30 bar - Wearable around sinks, during swimming, poolside diving, snorkelling, jet skiing and scuba diving.
*For peace of mind, we recommend checking with the manufacturer because, at this level, testing practices and definitions may vary from brand to brand.
To ensure the safety of your watch against water damage, please note the below:
Make sure the crown is always pushed in when you’re not changing the time/date. This is very important to ensure no water gets into the watch and damages it. It is best practice to only have the crown pulled out when changing the time and date. As mentioned in the returns section, Archie Haus will not be responsible for any water damage.

How do I order from your online store?
To order an item(s), simply browse our website, select the item you like and click the 'Add to Cart' button. You can then proceed to the checkout, choose your method of payment and follow the steps to complete your order.
How do I track my order status?
Once your order is confirmed, we will provide you with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can then conveniently check the status of your order by clicking on the provided link.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including credit and debit cards and other secure online payment options.
Do you offer gift wrapping and personalised messages for purchases?
No we don’t.

What is your shipping policy and delivery timeframe?
Our shipping policy and delivery timeframes vary depending on your location.
If you are UK based, you can expect to receive your package within three business days.
International order delivery timeframes will vary, but can be determined at checkout.

How much does delivery cost?

How are my items protected during transit?
Your item will arrive in the official box from the manufacturer. Your item will also be protected by padded wrapping and securely contained within a sturdy shipping box.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do.
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item in its original condition for a refund or exchange.

What happens if I change my mind?
We understand that in some circumstances you may feel as though your new item doesn’t quite suit you. That’s no problem! Simply let us know within 14 days, and follow our returns procedure, located here: Delivery & Returns
When will I receive my refund?
Most refunds are processed on the same day that the returned item is received. Once processed, your refund will be issued to the payment method you used to place your order. We will let you know by email when your refund has been issued. Please note, it may take up to 14 days for the money to reach your account.
